Free Wireless Internet
The Manchester Community Library offers free WiFi throughout the building and extending into the parking lot. To connect, simply look for “MCL Public WiFi” in your WiFi status bar. You will be brought to a page that requires you to accept library internet policies & procedures prior to connecting. There are several work spaces throughout the library with outlets for laptops, including our Café Commons, Laptop Bar, Mark Skinner Reading Room, Quiet Study room and more.
The Library’s Technology Center offers a choice of Four Windows and Six Mac public computers with Internet access and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) software.
There are also two computers in the children’s room and two in the YA loft.
Please note that Internet connections are not filtered. Parents are responsible for supervising their children’s computer use.
Printing & Copying
A self-service combination printer/copy machine is located next to the Help Desk. Copies are 15 cents per page.
One-on-one technology tutorials are available to all library members. Tutorials are free to members, but donations are greatly appreciated. Schedule a Tutorial with our Digital Services Coordinator by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 802-549-4574.
