Room Reservations and Rentals
Touchdown Rooms: “Mini” meeting rooms designed to accommodate one patron, offering comfortable seating, a desktop work area, free public WiFi access, and outlets for charging personal devices. Touchdown Rooms may be rented by any Library visitor. Touchdown Rooms are available free for one hour per day, then $5 for each additional hour after the first.
Quiet Study: A small space offering a worktable, seating for two patrons, and outlets for charging personal devices. Anyone may utilize this space on a first-come, first-served basis. After checking in at the Help Desk, patrons may occupy the Quiet Study for one hour. The Quiet Study may not be reserved in advance.
Please note the following:
- Full payment is expected upon arrival.
- Voices carry between rooms, and conversations are audible outside of the room you are occupying. While ambient sound from daily library activities is expected, please be considerate of others. It is not recommended to take proctored exams in the Touchdown or Quiet Study rooms.
For rental pricing and availability of larger Library spaces such as our Conference Room, Seminar Room, or Hunter Community Room, please send an email to events@mclvt.org or call Assistant Director Paige Vignola at (802) 549-4574.
