Colleen is originally from upstate New York and earned her degree in hospitality management from Endicott College. Prior to joining MCL, she worked as Development Manager at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier, VT. Being able to bring her background in fundraising and hospitality into a library setting was a dream come true, having grown up visiting libraries and finding excitement and comfort with every visit.

Colleen has worked a variety of interesting jobs including wedding planning, background casting for Hulu films, briefly managing a cemetery, and even a stint at Disney World—experiences that have given her plenty of stories and a love for connecting with all kinds of people. Outside of work, Colleen is a paper-crafter who enjoys making greeting cards and documenting her life through scrapbooking. She also loves birding, playing board games with her family, and of course, reading!
