Jeff joined the Manchester Community Library Board in 2023, bringing broad experience in finance, operations, and leadership. He spent seven years in photo finishing and ten years as VP of a mechanical and electrical company in the aerospace sector. He now serves as Director of Finance and Operations at Burr and Burton Academy.

His interest in serving on the Board came from a desire to give back. Jeff saw MCL as a place with deep community impact and wanted to support its continued success.

Jeff has also served as a Cub Scout leader, as well as a Little League and soccer coach—roles that reflect his commitment to investing in young people and building strong communities.

He’s particularly drawn to how the Library connects people across backgrounds, interests, and generations. “What I appreciate most about MCL is how it touches so many different people,” he says.

A dedicated reader, Jeff enjoys novels that take him on an immersive adventure. He often returns to the works of Wilbur Smith for their pace and storytelling. His love of adventure carries into real life—Jeff is especially proud of summiting Mt. Rainier, a physical and mental challenge that continues to shape his approach to life.

Jeff lives by a simple but powerful principle: attitude and effort. He brings both in abundance to the Library and to the community he serves.
