Tai Chi Tuesday

Join us at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday mornings to reap the rewards of the gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi, frequently described as “meditation in motion.” This is an easy, informal introduction to an ancient practice that supports balance, strength, and body ergonomics.

Fiery Froggies (First LEGO League)

Living with Loss Grief Support Group

The Living with Loss Grief Support groups provides grief support to anyone in the community who has lost a loved one. Groups often allow participants to process their grief, share and receive helpful coping strategies, and create a community with others walking a similar path.

Parents and Caregivers Group

A networking and support group for parents and caregivers led by local mom Kimberleigh Weiss-Lewitt, lactation consultant and doula with specialized training in perinatal mental health and wellness. The group meets every Thursday morning at 9 AM in the Children's Library.
