The May 2024 CommUNITY Potluck will be celebrating Mental Health Awareness and Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Welcoming Disagreement and Difference: Introducing the Skill of Real Dialogue

In this two hour didactic and experiential introduction, you will learn about human emotions and our tendency to develop and confirm bias and stereotypes, as well as how to work with your own emotional triggering during conflict in order to become a more authentic speaker and a better listener.

Tai Chi Tuesday

History Book Club

This month's book is Arthur Herman's "How the Scots Invented the Modern World". The History Book Club meets on the third Tuesday of each month at the MCL. The club is currently closed to new members.

English Language Learners

Living with Loss Grief Support Group

The Living with Loss Grief Support groups provides grief support to anyone in the community who has lost a loved one. Groups often allow participants to process their grief, share and receive helpful coping strategies, and create a community with others walking a similar path.
